We have made every effort to display colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer/laptop/tablet or phone monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and delivery address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We process all orders Monday through Friday within one (1) working day. All orders received during the weekend or Public Holiday will be processed on the following working day. You will be notified of your order status via email. Once your order has reached us you will receive an email notification confirming your order details and/or containing payment instructions if you are paying via bank transfer. If we need any additional information from you regarding your order, we will contact you via phone or email. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been made. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
We can cancel and refund a submitted order for you as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to prevent the shipping of your order. The purchase balance for the cancelled order will be refunded to the same payment method used to place your order. If you have paid with Internet Banking please provide us with your bank account details so the funds can be refunded back to your account.
Payment and Billing
Payment can be made by any of the methods available on our website, including Credit/Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard) via PayPal and Paystation, Direct Bank Transfer (New Zealand customers only). Credit/Debit card payments will be processed on a secure and encrypted independent Hosted Payment Page. Credit/Debit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Delivery of the product will be made to you once we receive a payment. We reserve the right to conduct a fraud check prior to product delivery. Your credit/debit card will be billed at the same moment as you submit order and process payment via PayPal/Paystation payment page. You will receive a payment confirmation via email. Consider keeping a copy of receipt/ transaction for future reference.
Your credit card statement will list any purchases made on this website as being billed by Na-Vida Distributor Limited. The country of origin on your card is what specific currency you will be charged.
Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. It is not our liability to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Your order will be shipped out within 1 (one) working day of payment receipt subject to product availability and Credit Card Verification.
Na-Vida Distributors Lt (www.naturvital.co.nz) uses third-party carriers to deliver its products. All New Zealand, Australia and international delivery will be made in accordance with our delivery policy.

Warranties and Expiry Dates
All products ordered by you are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis for your use without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind. The products supplied to you will include an expiry date which will vary depending on the product.
If we are unable to carry out our business due to circumstances beyond our control we may reduce the volume of goods shipped, cancel delivery, or cancel the contract. Such circumstances include acts of God, Government actions, war, embargo, national emergency, fire, explosion, acts of terror, lockouts, flood, fire, epidemic etc. If the circumstances in question continue for a continuous period of more than 10 days you may give us written notice to cancel the contract.
We will respond to all email enquiries within 48 hours from the receipt of the email. If you have not received a response to your enquiry within 48 hours, please confirm that you sent your email to a correct email address (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please also check your junk or spam folder in case your mailer has redirected the reply from us to that folder.
